The Peninsula Hong Kong’s beloved Swiss chalet Chesa has been whisking diners on a gastronomic adventure through Switzerland’s myriad regional cuisines. This July to August, the destination is placing the spotlight on the country’s Western provinces. From Geneva to Vaud and Neuchâtel, the Western states are renowned for their world-class wine production and lush produce. 

Chesa’s four-course dinner menu priced at HKD 598* will feature a delectable combination of fare such as a trout mousse timbale, duck breast with endive salad, and pear tart with mascarpone ice cream for dessert.
